We can provide either ad-hoc maintenance work or a regular maintenance service contract, which means upon receipt of your changes we will update your website as things need changing (new products added or deleted, newer photographs, prices changing, etc.) and of course make sure it all keeps working so as to maintain the accuracy of our clients website - please remember that an out of date website will probably not bring you any new business.

Our Maintenance service includes the services detailed in Web Maintenance, plus we regularly run maintenance checks on clients websites to confirm external links are not broken where a linked website has either disappeared or changed its web address.

NB - An Annual Maintenance Contract does NOT include a complete re-build of a clients website, nor the addition of an unreasonable proportion of new content pages.

We invoice all Website Maintenance 30 days before the renewal date as detailed in our database records, please ensure that we receive payment for your Maintenance renewal prior to the actual renewal date to ensure continuity of your website updates.
