Stage One - As part of our Web design, we discuss your needs with you carefully before starting any work and continue to consult with you throughout the design process. Your participation and input will help ensure the best results and bring you the website you intended.

At this first stage in the design of your website, we ask you to tell us what you envisage by way of sections, pages, colours, logos, functionality etc. The more information you can provide the better, as your website's content should determine both its layout and navigation. Clients sometimes find that their ideas change during these initial discussions; you may conclude that to achieve your aims you require a different kind of website from the one you had first envisaged.

When we have finalised this first stage, we will quote you a fixed design fee based on the content information you have supplied.

Stage Two - Once we have agreed on the website outline, all the design elements and the overall cost, we will invoice you for 60% of our quoted fee.

Our aim at this stage is to create a theme and provide a favourable first impression for your website. We will set up a home page with indexed navigation for the different sections of your website, as well as text, graphics and colour schemes.

We will then publish the preliminary design onto our testing server, we will email you with access details and ask for your appraisal and feedback. At this stage you may wish to suggest changes or additions. Once you are satisfied that we have created a template for the rest of your website, we can proceed to the final stage of the design process.

Stage Three - This is generally the longest and most demanding of the three stages. We complete the detailed work on your site, building it up page by page and testing it for usability. We remain in contact with you during this stage and can still accommodate any minor changes.

At the end of this stage we will "update" our testing server with the completed design for your approval. Once you are satisfied we will invoice you for the final 40% of our quoted fee. On receipt of your final payment we will "upload" your completed website files to our hosting server. At this point your site becomes "live" and accessible to the public world-wide.
