When my Domain is due for renewal - do I need to contact you?
No, we will invoice you 30 days prior to your Domain name renewal date. Upon receipt of payment we will confirm by email that your Domain has been renewed and confirm the new date that your Domain is next due for renewal.

I have a Domain name hosted by another company, can I move my Domain to you and take advantage of your web services?
Yes, if you have administrative control over your website you can alter the nameservers to host your Domain and website on our hosting server. If you do not have administrative control you will need to contact your existing Domain administrator and request that they alter the nameserver records on your behalf and supply access to your website files. We will supply you with our nameserver details and offer our advice and help to ensure your transfer goes as smoothly as possible.

If I wish to host the website that you have built for me with another service provider, can I move my Domain?
Yes, you may move your Domain and hosting to another service provider if you so wish, upon written request we will raise an invoice for our standard Domain "transfer away" charge, upon receipt of payment we shall unlock your Domain records so that your new provider may alter the administrative, technical and billing contacts together with the nameservers.
