The ultimate Algarve Villa to Rent for peace and tranquility

Casa Tranquila is situated a few kilometers east of Loulé in the central Algarve and is perfect for your Algarve Villa rental holiday. This attractive new tranquil Villa is in a countryside location away from main roads, it has excellent tarmac access. The Villa is suitable for a family of up to six people who are accommodated very comfortably; there is also an extra "put-u-up" bed suitable for an additional younger person plus a cot, high chair and buggy available free of charge if required.

This Algarve accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and terrace access, there are two twin bedded rooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate bathroom available. The Villa has ceiling fans fitted throughout for the warm summer evenings and central heating with radiators for the cooler months.

The lounge is light and airy, tastefully decorated and opens out onto the garden and patio area. There is a wide screen television that receives satellite channels; to compliment the TV there is also a video player, DVD and a Radio/CD Player with a choice of film and music titles to choose from.

The modern fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and a table for six. The kitchen opens out onto the rear garden with its cobbled area, attractive flowers and outdoor table, it is an ideal area for relaxing over breakfast.

The Villa has ample terrace furniture plus table and chairs on the large terrace area surrounding the pool and overlooking the extensive gardens. The 12 x 6 meter salt-water heated pool has wide entry steps and can be heated for the cooler months (please see our tariff section). Guests also benefit from an outside pool shower area. There is a good-sized barbeque available for use on the terrace. A roof terrace overlooks the gardens and pool. The Villa is double-glazed and has fly screens throughout.

The Villa is situated in an excellent area of the central Algarve with Faro Airport, numerous golf courses, beaches and water parks all within easy driving distance. Towns close to the Villa are Loule (5 minutes by car), São Bras de Alportel and Almancil all of which have a good selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment.

For guests looking to have a quiet and relaxing holiday or wishing to explore the Algarve or those who just prefer to have a good round of Golf, the Villa offers a good base for couples or families of all ages and is perfect for your Algarve Villa holiday.

Guests are provided with bed linen, hand towels and bath towels all of which are changed weekly by the maid. Beach towels are not provided. The owner’s kindly request that guests respect their wishes that Casa Tranqüila remains a "Non Smoking" Villa inside, however smokers may feel free to smoke on the terraced areas outside.

In view of the Villas location we highly recommend transport, for your convenience this can be arranged prior to your arrival. Hire cars are relatively inexpensive in the Algarve and are usually picked up and dropped off at Faro Airport. The property manager will meet you at the Villa upon your arrival and will be available in the event of any unforeseen problems or queries that you may have.
