 Villa rental tariff for 2007 and 2008
Tariff Prices are for the rental of Casa Tranquila per week in UK Pounds for a maximum occupancy of six people, extra charges may apply should the party consist of more than six people.
A booking that covers two price bands, will be subject to charges on a pro-rata basis, please contact us for further details. Discounts are available for long winter lets and some short notice bookings.
Our preferred Changeover day is Thursday; however this may be negotiable outside of peak season, please enquire.

| Central Heating - outside of November, December and January is available at an additional £60.00 per week |
| Pool Heating - is available during the cooler months. This facility is chargeable on a metered basis and is payable directly to our manager in Euros. The cost depends upon usage of gas as determined by water temperature requested. As a guide, normal heating per week costs approximately 250 - 300 Euros. |
| Welcome Food Hamper - Is available for any booking, based on a figure of £5.00 per person we can vary the example below depending on the number in your party. Remember to tell us if there are any children in the party or if there are any dietary restrictions so that these may be taken care of. An example food hamper consists of: Ham, Cheese, Bread Rolls, Still Water, Wine, Milk, Soft Drink, Butter, Fruit and Biscuits (this is an example only – contents may vary from pack to pack) |

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed, air conditioning and patio doors leading out onto terrace
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, ceiling fan
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, ceiling fan and space for cot or extra "put-u-up" bed
Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom to Bedroom 1 with bath, shower, WC and basin
En-suite bathroom to Bedroom 3 with shower, WC and basin
Family bathroom with shower, bath, WD, Bidet and basin
Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and extractor fan
Utility Room:
Located near the swimming pool and includes a washing machine. A tumble dryer is also available at a small extra charge during the winter months
Living Rooms:
A comfortably furnished lounge area with Hi-fi, TV, video and satellite. One of the sofas is a sofa bed. Patio doors leading out on to terrace
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Visitors only need to provide their own beach towels for use around the pool. Linen and towels are changed weekly, or more frequently if requested at an additional cost
The accommodation is on one level, making it suitable for young and old alike. All windows and doors are fitted with shutters and fly screens. Central heating is available in the cooler months, as is pool heating.
